Summary: The designed robot, consist of three parts; motion system, sensor system, and control system. It requires both motion system to carry out its mission, and a sensor system to organize motions according to objects location. In addition, the robot has a control system to coordinate its subsystems.
The robot arms, generally attached on a stable platform, in this study by being attached on a mobile platform, works in harmony with the system by means of the software. Thanks to this application, robot arm was gained motion capability (mobility), so mobile platform was also gained ability of carrying objects. Generally, mobile robots are designed for research, space and military applications. In this application, a mobile robot is implemented and used for collecting fragile products such as eggs in a farm. To do this, a mobile robot and a robot arm have been effectively integrated for the mission.
