Summary:

      Neutrosofic approach and fuzzy thresholding method are used together for image segmentation in the study, and the results are evaluated in terms of quality and quantity. The proposed method is able to better determine object boundaries, except that shadows are perceived as objects. In the segmentation process, generated results are close to the original reference image. Compared with the methods mentioned in the experimental results section, successful results are obtained in the detection of edges and objects. In addition, the noise is reduced by the non-local diffusion method in the image after that the segmentation process is performed on it.
