| Summary: In this study, 5 species belonging to Onosma L. (Boraginaceae) are investigated in terms of morphology and anatomy. The materials are collected between the years 2003 and 2006 from Eastern Black Sea Region. Morphologic and anatomic investigation are applied on these materials. The determination of the species belonging to Onosma are formed through flora boks and some certain studies. Permanent slides are obtained from the alcohol samples of 5 species of Onosma manual and through microscope. These sections are taken from the leaves and stem of the plants. Sections in width are taken from the stem and both sections in width and sections from the surface of the leaves are taken from the leaves.
When the anatomy of the stem and the leaves are compaired there emerges some differences. One of the most important of these differences is that whether there is palisade parenchyma in leaf mesophyll or not. If there is, how many lines there are in pith tissue and differences between these lines.
