Summary:

Even in ancienttimes, peoplemadesomestudiestostore, tosupplyto urban placesandtofilterthewateraccordingtogeographyandclimate. However, there had beennosignificanttechnologicaldevelopment in consumption, supplementationandtreatment of potablewateruptorecenttimes. Withthedevelopingindustry, therehavebeen a lot of scientificstudiesaboutwatersupplyandtreatmentandtherehavesignificantimprovements.

Withinthisstudypresented as a masterthesis, includesanalyzingandevaluationprojectmanagementfor time, cost, qualityandoccupationalsafetyduringdesign, bidding, constructionandoperationperiod of watertreatmentplants. Inthisscope, aftermentioningthewatersources in ourcountryandtheworld, general informationaboutwatertreatmentplantsand a briefhistory of them; designingandconstructionalphasesandbiddingprocess of completeandincompleteprojects of treatmentplants in Turkeywereevaluated.
