| Summary: In this study, a decision support system was designed with SQL data base and C# interface, and the modules are discribed one by one. Through this software, which is also able to perform necessary warnings and reminders, more reliable occupational health and safety services can be provided, thus, possible overlooks of the precautions must be taken or legal assesments must be renewed will be reduced to a minimum.
