Summary:

      Disaster logistics is the effective and successful management of information, human and resource logistics in order to provide the needs of disaster victims. Turkey is divided into 15 regions as a logistics region by Disaster and Emergency Management (AFAD). However, there is no warehouse in the Central and Eastern Black Sea Region. In this context, Because of this a disaster logistics warehouse should be established in the Central and Eastern Black Sea Region.

The aim of this study is to choose a Disaster Logistics warehouse location in the Middle and Eastern Black Sea Region with Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. In this study, Fuzzy AHP, SWARA, Entropy and BWM methods were used for weights, and MAIRCA, EDAS, TOPSIS and SAW methods were applied for alternatives The criteria and their weights were determined after extensive literature review and interviews with experts in the field. The logistics warehouse location was determined in 2 stages. In the first stage of the study, city of the Central and Eastern Black Sea Region where the logistics warehouse should be was discussed and Trabzon was found. In the second stage, two alternative locations were determined in Trabzon. It has been determined that the most suitable disaster logistics warehouse location among these alternatives is the land of Arsin Vocational School.
