Summary: In this study, superconducting YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-X) (123) thin films have been evaporated on Ag/MgO and MgO by the electron-beam deposition technique. Optimum conditions have been investigated to produce good quality superconducting thin films. The produced films have been annealed for different temperatures and time periods, and after investigation of electrical and structural properties of each sample, the required comparisons have been carried out. In addition, diffusion coefficient and activation energy of Ag in YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-X) thin films have been calculated.
