Summary:

In this study, K and L shell X-ray fluorescence parameters, production cross sections, fluorescence yield and intensity ratios have been measured for some elements in the region 65≤ Z ≤92. These parameter values have been theoretically calculated. Samples are irradiated by 123,6 keV photons energy emitted by an 925 MBq (57)^Co radioisotope source. The emitted Characteristic X-rays are counted by using a Si(Li) semiconductor detector with resolution 160 eV at 5,9 keV.

The obtained experimental values have been compared with calculated theoretical values and other experimental and theoretical values in literature. Both experimental and theoretical vaules are in good agreement with other researchers values.
