Summary:

Quantum Electrodynamics is needed because Clasical Electrodynamics is not enough to define the creation and annihilation matters of photon that shows particle behavement in addition to its Electromagnetic wave behavement. Relativistic Quantum Mechanics is needed because Schrodinger equation in Quantum Mechanics is not Lorentz invariant.

Klein-Gordon and Dirac equation must be symmetric according to space inversion, charge conjugation, and time reversal. Therefore, these equations were tested using C, P, and T, and then CPT theory. They are invariant.

Neutrino with zero mass is defined with the Weyl equation giving two solutions which are independent of each other. This equation is non-invariant according to C and P, however, it is invariant according to combined CP. Neutrino for q=0 is introduced with Majorana presentation because of its current density and the fact that its wave equation is not effected by charge conjugation. It is understood that CPT theory is necessary.
