Summary:

       Neutrinos are massless in the standard model. The standard model may be extended to include the right handed neutrinos in order to generate a mass. In this situation neutrinos are the Dirac neutrinos and interact with external electromagnetic field via magnetic moment. In this study using the extended standard model magnetic moment of neutrino has been calculated as from the decay rate .
