Summary: In this study, K-shell absorption jump-factors for elements 69 <= Z <= 76 have been derived from measured mass attenuation coefficients and fluorescence cross sections. Measurements have been performed using an annular source (Co–57) and Ultra-LEGe solid state detector with a resolution of 150 eV at 5.9 keV, in fitted geometry.Experimental results have been compared with theoretically calculated values. Good agreement was observed among the experimental and theoretical values. We couldn’t compare with obtained results because there isn’t any study by other researchers in our literature scanning. So, experimental values in present study constitute first experimental data in XRF studies. Keywords : X-Ray Fluorescence, Absorption-Jump Factor, Mass Attenuation Coefficients, Fluorescence Cross Section, Co–57, Ultra-LEGe
