Summary: In this study, LIII subshell absorption jump factor and jump ratio for elements 72≤Z≤77 have been derived from measured fluorescence cross sections determined with EDXRF method. The samples were excited by 59.5 keV γ-rays emitted from 241Am radioisotope source and K X-rays emitted from samples were counted by means of Ultra-LEGe detector which has the resolution 150 eV at 5.9 keV, in fitted geometry. Experimental values in this study have been compared with theoretical values. Good agreement was observed among the experimental and theoretical values.
Key Words: Absorption jump ratio, Absorption jump factor, Mass Attenuation Coefficient, Fluorescence Cross Section, X-Ray Fluorescence
