Summary: Beta decay reactions studied extensively in nuclear physics is one of the research topics. In this thesis, mass defect, binding energy, binding energy per nucleon, mass excess, Q-value and theoretical half-life calculations were done for the beta-decay transitions in the one-particle an one-hole nuclei, first forbidden unique and second forbidden unique nuclei. The results are compatible with experimental results.
