Summary: In this study, the effect of construction stages, time dependent material deformation and different kinds of soil conditions in constructive actions of high-rise reinforced concrete buildings are analized. In accordance with this purpose, analitical studies have been done on the selected model of the high-rise building. The study consists of four main chapters: Outline of the Study, Conducted Studies and Findings, Conclusions and Recommendations. In the first section, the issue, scope and aim of the study have been determined, the technique that is used in the action has been explained and backround studies about the subject is included. In this part of the thesis, the studies about constructive actions of high-rise reinforced concrete buildings, the modelling of high-rise buildings with ideStatik programme and the formulas based on finite element method are expressed. In the second section, obtained facts in the pipeline are represented. The circumstances such as overlooking of construction stages of high-rise reinforced concrete buildings ‘chosen for the execution’ with ideStatik programme and considering construction stages with the alteration of material properties are analized and the constructive action of the building is determined in this part. In the analysises, considering different kinds of soil conditions the alteration of moment and shearing force of the joists of all floors are shown comparatively. Relative differences of the obtained section ribbons in each two analysises’ conditions of carrier system are researched comparatively. In the third section, the results and the suggestions that are obtained from the thesis take place. References and autobiography follow that part.
