| Summary: This study covers the laws for Public Procurement Law which numbered as 4734; the law includes that the time passed during the tender conditions are decided, and the time used till the deal is closed. These processes are shortly explained, and then potential problems are mentioned during these processes, as well. In order to form up this study, several different sources and the work of civil foundations are examined, and experiences of employees in these foundations are taken. In the beginning of the study, it is observed that during the tender process, new applicants have several problems about the process due to the existence of many directories and adaptation problems depending on continuously changing conditions.In such an evolving and growing world, it is a necessity that the laws will change, too; either to prevent the problems during the subject is examined or to prevent further obstacles, it is understood that necessary changes should be performed by authorized corporations.
