| Summary: As in the world of work-related accidents in our country at the beginning of the sector are experiencing most often comes from the construction sector. Especially in recent years construction sector holds an important place in the economy of the Turkey. It is the sector which many people lost their lives there, as well as a variety of occupational disease, such as a disease or injury spends. These problems are not only in the construction sector worker who has suffered an accident, but also bring great harm to the family and the countries economy. Construction business experienced the causes of occupational accidents and, therefore, shed light on the measures to be taken in order to have it performed in this thesis, Trabzon construction company is registered in the 2010 – 2011 year from occupational accidents have been analysed. For this purpose, the files of the work accidents that occurred between the years 2010-2011 in the Trabzon Provincial Directorate of Social Security has been providing necessary information from those belonging to the construction business individually examined. The detailed statistical studies in accordance with data obtained have been conducted and the results have been shown graphically.
