      In regression analysis, the data has a different distribution requires to go beyond the classical resolutions during the estimation process. In such cases, fuzzy analysis methods are known as alternative methods. One of the important steps of the fuzzy regression analysis is determination of clusters which form the data set and obtaining membership degree which determine degree of contribution of the data in these clusters to estimation. In this study, at the stage of determination of membership degree of data sets, Fuzzy Cmeans and Gustafson-Kessel clustering algorithm were utilized. It is proposed an algorithm for fuzzy regression analysis depending membership degree to be obtained. The estimates obtained from this algorithm are compared with estimates obtained from existing methods.
