Summary:

In this thesis, the fuzzy reliability of components and/ or systems has been examined according to various hazard models and fuzzy membership types. In addition to the linear hazard models such as constant, linear increasing and linear decreasing, non-linear hazard models such as Weibull, Rayleigh and Gaussian are also available. In the literature, while constant hazard model is frequently used in calculating fuzzy reliability, other models are less common due to the difficulty in calculation. Also, while triangular or trapezoidal membership will be selected as fuzzy membership in the literature, results will be obtained for other memberships. Usually, the fuzzy reliability of a component is calculated, but there is no transition from component to system reliability. In this study, it is aimed to choose a method which finds all the ways between input and output by data structure algorithms and to obtain results with computer program in order to calculate complex system reliability. In the first chapter, reliability has been introduced and short literature information has been given about its. Also, some fundamental topics and concepts about fuzzy have been discussed. In the second chapter, component and system reliability are calculated with fuzzy reliability. The other chapters consist of findings and results, suggestions, references and appendices, respectively.
