Summary:

      The rapid advance of technology has contributed to the development of Artificial Intelligence today. With this development, the use of Artificial Intelligence has increased. The field of health is one of them. There are E-Health services that use information and communication technologies to enable a person to be examined remotely without being in the same environment as health care providers. Chatbot applications are one of these technologies. Chatbots, which mimic human speech in written or oral form, serve in the health sector in many areas such as diagnosis and treatment, preventive measures, information about medications, treatment reminders, information and support about the disease process. These practices help to get quality service and access to information in a shorter period of time, as well as strengthen the doctor-patient relationship. In this study, rule extraction approach was performed by using health data including symptoms and diagnoses. Chatbot, developed within the framework of the rules, can estimate the diagnosis of disease.
