Summary: In Cadastre 2014 and Cadastre 2014 and after vision studies final report published by the International Surveyors Federation (FIG) and that is had predictions about the future cadastre hasbeen emphasized on the need to identify and address the benefits of climatic changes to human race and property rights. In addition, this declaration emphasizes the lack of a model design that definesgreen property rights. On the other hand, in the framework of vision of Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning Climate Strategy 2013-2023 that the changes brought by climate challenge can bein Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies, which enables the determination of the quality of the cadastral parcels that need to be protected by using these areas and the restriction of the use of property. An emphasis has been made with an exemplary practice that the protectionpolicies can be developed by restricting property rights in areas that require quality protection.
