Summary:

Humankind-land relationship has a dynamic nature. Therefore, viewpoint of societies to land has changed in time. Today, land is a community scarce resource which has to be managed effectively. In management of that scarce resource, both land policy development and land management need qualified land information regarding land property, land value and land use produced by Land Administration System (LAS). Global drivers and technological developments make LAS dynamic. Therefore, governments have to evaluate their LASs and re-engineer them in case of need.
