Summary:

      Cadastre has proven development since the beginning of mankind existence in accordance with the requirements of the society. This improvement introduce economic development, enviromental management and social balance in states. Nowadays country cadastre works are try to be completed. Alongside these works because of the mistakes of past cadastre measurements and deformation of old maps and also for making update causes requiring renovation process

      In this Master Thesis; all works subject to registration including measurements and calculations with standarts are studied. Extant legislation searched and position accuracy and sensitivities are compared.

Also; causes requiring renovation on cadastre are seeked, cadatre renovation methods and differences between them are explained within the legislation of cadastre renovation processes.

      

The earlier studies present that cadastral products do not have the one standard and are impossible to be completely modified to TAKBİS. Even if some products transferred to this system with office workings seem to be possible, these studies suggest those which are based on triangulation of country should be restructured.

      

Moreover, it has been recognized that there were some problems of restorations of cadastral activities which are implemented to get this kinds of places to reach contemporary cadastral point of view. Therefore, in order to establish TAKSİB which is expected country widely it is recommended that it is accurate to make second cadastral, which is redesigned in terms of extent, or implementation of rural urban area organization.
