Summary: This study aims to create UML diagrams in order to ascertain the protected areas and land properties containing natural heritage in the chosen pilot areas within the scope of Trabzon, and to establish information system related to natural protected area administration. In our country, it is intended to establish spatial information system infrastructure through cadastral work. In such a system, beginning from official borders, natural protected areas, specially protected environment areas, officially registred buildings and interaction site borders, specific targeted land borders, and the rights established on these should be recorded considering properties. In this context, tridimensional detection of natural protected areas, defining their current use, detecting the land objects rendering a particular place as a natural protected area, property structure, detecting registered buildings containing cultural property and areas whose natural characteristics should be protected, specifying the parcels in the natural protected areas interaction site, habitations, diversity of species (flora and fauna), and measuring according to certain standards, detecting and collecting all the data about land properties in natural protected areas such as propagation borders are targeted. At the end of this study, specifically in Trabzon yet which will provide important reference base for the projects to be prepared in other regions, many positional examinations will be conducted and reliable decision support mechanism will be created. In this context, the database has been designed with the help of Unified Modeling Language diagrams; and views about sustainable land administration has been formed by conducting infrastracture works in sample sites for the aim of establishing spatial information system infrastracture for natural protected areas and by detecting the current technical, legal, and institutional problems.Key Words: Land Administration, Natural Protected Areas Administration System, UML Diagrams, Temporal Change.
