Summary: Nowadays, land displacement, which is a study field related to various disciplines, has been a topic for a variety of theoretical and practical applications. Detection of land displacement due to natural or human related disasters by means of spatial, vectorial and quantitative analysis and interpretation, is beneficial for social life. In this study, two point clusters are compared for the same land surface by using different surveying techniques in different times Layer1 and Layer2. Two different digital elevation models are produced for the same surface after a common grid network for two surfaces that generated from these point data. For every grid point, georeferencing is made by using coordinates from points on the ground x, y, h with interpolation and resectioning techniques. Thus for both point clusters, coordinates of grid points are compared and coordinate differences between the grid points are determined. Algorithm has developed that is able to analyze the grid point based displacement spatially, vectorial and quantitatively in horizantal and vertical directions by means of obtained differences .It has been concluded that the developed algorithm is able to detect the land displacement analytically and graphically with respect to several factors. It has also been predicted that the developed algorithm is able to produce base products for most public establishments and the researches related to this study field.
