| Summary: Expropriation which described as to be made by the administrations delegated by State, shared benefits of public, in accordance with the values and gains, restriction of necessity authority to dispose of real property, abolition of property rights wholly or partly, installing administrative easements takes its power from Constitution of Republic Of Turkey. In expropriation activities which are carring on in our country, the most important and critical defects that encountered by citizens frequently and solution approaches correspondingly has been tried to reflect in this thesis.
Particularly expropriation processes in field of activity of General Directorate of Highways which has the most efficient responsibility in developing of highways transportations network in our country and bringing in tecnological and contemporary infrastructure have been analysed.
After displaying all problems and issues like lengthening trial processes, issues resulting from authorities, limited allowances, property issues of real estate, incompetent notice in the land register which belongs to owners, minority of trainings, absences in acts and problems based on administrations substantially, tried to create an awareness about solution approaches and amendatory activities with subtitles. |
