| Summary: Property valuation is on issue that gaining importance day by day all around the world to determine equity. In many countries, legal and technical systems were developed to make develop system both factual and transparent on the purpose of value immovables. However, the issue that in our country there is lack of low and database system about value immovables causes difference in valuation reports. Property valuation is necessary to immovables that warranted for housing finance and the other credits in banking fields. The banks in Turkey, which have the most valuation reports, have no common specifications. For this reason, they prepare the valuation reports in different ways and the reports cannot be accessed by the appraiser. This causes a big problem for appraisers who study for the valuation segment. Furthermore, the necessity of adapting the report formats of the banks hinder the appraiser in terms of objective valuation. In this study, it is aimed to offer a common valuation report format since it is regarded necessary to create a common valuation report format in which the details are clearly seen and transfer data to this common database format to be used countrywide. |
