Summary: In our country, there is an increase in the technical infrastructure works of the population of big cities in recent years. The negative impact of infrastructure works without plans and programs in the city, as well as events threatening life and property security, show how important the urban technical infrastructure is. The fact that institutions / organizations and companies interested in technical infrastructure are different and stakeholders in their fields of work created the need to coordinate the infrastructure works. For this reason, Infrastructure Coordination Centers (ICC) have been established in order to carry out infrastructure services within the boundaries of the metropolitan municipality in coordination with article 8 of the Metropolitan Municipality Law No. 5216. In order to increase the interoperability of the institutions/organizations and companies interested in the infrastructure works, it is very important to adapt the data types they use. Therefore, the Directorate General of Environment and Urbanism carried out. "Turkey Urban Information Systems Standards (TUISS) Determining Project" in 2012. With this thesis, it is aimed to establish a common Infrastructure Information System by taking the data produced by the institutions / organizations and companies interested in other technical infrastructure works in accordance with TUISS standards in order to coordinate the infrastructure works at ICCs.
