| Summary: National parks are natural, cultural and historical mosaic coexistence. However, the source values remain in the areas of personal property in some national parks. Nene Hatun Historical National Park is a protected area where the protection strategies cannot be implemented successfully due to the personal properties it contains, and the owners of private owners cannot benefit from the rights of development under the provisions of the plan. Our aim is to propose a solution to the problem of personal property in Nene Hatun Historical National Park which cannot be solved except for expropriation. Within the scope of the study, it is aimed to transfer the personal property of the “sending zone” which is determined within the Sensitive Protection Region within the national park to the “Hilalkent area en. In line with this goal, the field protection tools in the literature, UAV application samples were examined and the Nature Protection and National Parks personnel and the inhabitants of Şehitler Neighborhood were interviewed. In addition, the current status of the elen sending and receiving zone ve, the zoning conditions and analyzes were examined.Within the scope of the study, a different perspective on aki expropriation aki is stated in the National Parks Law No. 2873 and it is intended to add value to the UAA method to solve the private property constraints in national parks.
