Summary: In consequence of development of technological and photogrametry science have took place innovations in equipments which is used in photogrametric studies and inproducts which is obtained in consequence of photogrammetric studies. One of these innovations is added to, cameras which is generated for photogrammetric aim, obliquesensors as well as vertical sensors. This camera system which provides more getting information about earth and objects which is on earth have brought new result products tophotogrametry science. This study includes oblique camera systems and its components which are started touse photogrametry studies, data sets which will be obtained from these camare systems, products which will be obtained from data sets, production stages and usage areas of 3D citymodels. Produce of true orthophotos, produce of solid model, encrust of solid models, produce of 3D city models have been realized and it has been concluded that it should beprefere 3D city models based on solid models which enabled to able to question on this elements which is performed production and associated this elements with different datasets.
