Summary: Our country has hosted many civilizations and thus has a large number of cultural assets. It is extremely important to transfer these discovered or awaiting cultural assets tothe future. In the past, the relays drawn using the measurements obtained by manual methods were used in the architectural relief studies of cultural assets, but now the use of local andairborne photogrammetric and 3D acquisition techniques has become widespread. In this thesis, it is a tool that has ± 2 mm and sub-cm accuracy in the terrestrial laser scanner devicein the documentation processes in architectural studies to be carried out for the preservation of cultural assets and their transfer to the future, and it is a device that is difficult to carry, sensitive and requires high cost in 3D data production, but should be chosen first. It has been determined that. The data obtained by the terrestrial photogrammetry method are ± 2 cm anddevices; However, it has turned out to be a method affected by surface texture and environmental light factors. However, it has been concluded that UAVs are a preferred tool to be used after terrestrial photogrammetry due to possible image defects due tophotographing in motion.
