| Ders İçeriği (Türkçe) | : | Bu ders disiplinler arası, sürdürülebilir kentsel tasarım pratiklerine pek çok açıdan yapılmış eleştirel bakışlı bir seminer dizisinden oluşmaktadır. Söz konusu eleştirel bakış ise, olması gereken kentsel tasarım pratiklerini ortaya koymayı hedeflemektedir. Derste, öğretim üyeleri ve seminer düzenine katkı verebilecek meslek adamları ile sürdürülebilir yatırımlar geniş bir perspektiften irdelenecektir. Ders boyunca genel olarak ele alınacak konular, sınırlandırılmamakla ve değişken olmakla birlikte aşağıdaki gibi sıralanabilir: (1) sürdürülebilirliğin felsefi dayanağı, (2) düşünce sistemleri, (3) sürdürülebilir gıda üretim ve tüketimi, (4) sürdürülebilir ticari faaliyetler, (5) sosyal ve çevre problemleri yönetimi ve ekonomi, (6) sürdürülebilir toplum girişimleri, (7) sürdürülebilir mimari ve kentler, (8) ekoloji ve ekonomi ilişkisi ve (9) ‘eşitlik’/’hakçılık’ ilkeleri. |
| Ders İçeriği (İngilizce) | : | This course consists of a series of critical-thinking seminars based on sustainable urban design practices that is interdisciplines. This critical point of view aims to reveal the urban design practices that should be. In this course, sustainable investments will be examined from a broad perspective with faculty members and professionals who can contribute to the seminar organization. Topics that will be covered in general throughout the course include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) philosophical sustainability, (2) thought systems, (3) sustainable food production and consumption, (4) sustainable commercial activities, (5) social and environment problems management and economy,(6) sustainable community initiatives, (7) sustainable architecture and cities, (8) ecology and economy relations, and (9) equality and justice principles. |
