Summary: In this study, as known geometrical tolerances, from tolerances (strightness, flatness, circularity, cylindricity, spherity), and orientation (perpendicularity, parallelism, angularity) and profile tolerances (profile of a line, profile of a surface), and location tolerances (position, concentricity, symmetry) and runout tolerances (circular runout, total runout) are introduced by being took attentions ANSI Y14.5 and TSE standards. Necessary geometrical concepts related to tolerances are described. In study, formulas about tolerance calculatins as well as concepts related to geometrical tolerancing have been examined and given algorithms about these. It has been designed practicable programs to avaluate (tolerance calculation, value determination etc.) these formulas and calculations. These programs have been designed by using Matlab program language and collected as a program in a body. While programs have been designed, Least-Squares Algorithm to evaluate circularity error, spherity error and cylindricity error have been used. At the stage of the applications of the programs, the results which have been obtained from 3-dimensions measurement datas in literature have been compared to the results which different methods with the same datas in literature had obtained. It has seen programs to give us desired results. At the end of this study, it has made applications on the cam side of a cam shaft which is in a automobile engine, and values took from CMM have been tried to analysis by designed programs Key Words: Geometrical, Tolerancing, Least-Squares Method, Gauss-Newton Method, CMM, Tolerance Analysis
