Summary:

In this thesis, the main thinking is that our attempts on suborbitals might help to find invariants of the signature of the normalizer Nor(N).

In Chapter 1, we give some of the properties of (PSL_2)(IR),Gamma-Modular group,Gamma(N),Gamma_1)(N),(Gamma_0)(N)-Congruence Subgroups. We also give the normalizer of some congruence subgroups and the preliminary definitions we require for discrete groups, Riemann surfaces, fundamental domains, graph theory and imprimitive action.

In Chapter 2, some important subgroups and periods of Nor(N) which enable us to understand its structure are described. Finally we obtain the suborbital graphs of Nor(N).
