| Summary: The aim of this thesis is to extend the definition of module homomorphism in algebraic structures to fuzzy algebraic structures and to carry some definitions and theorems existing for modules to TL-modules. The homomorphism theorems for modules are expressed for fuzzy modules. Moreover, it is obtained a fuzzy module homomorphism from each module homomorphism and so it is seen that fuzzy algebraic structures are an extension of algebraic structures.This thesis consists of two chapters. The first chapter contains preliminaries, some important definitions about researches done in this field. The second chapter, we establish the original studies of thesis.
