| Summary: In this thesis, relational morphisms and TL-fuzzy relational morphisms are handled as a generalization of congruence and T-congruence L-fuzzy relations, respectively, and ((I,T)-L-fuzzy) rough sets are constructed by using them. In the first section of the thesis is included some of the new properties of generalized (I,T)-L-fuzzy rough sets as well as some preliminary information. The second section of the thesis consists of four parts. In the first part of the second section, the relationship between the relational morphisms and set-valued homomorphisms is researched, and set-valued homomorphisms are characterized by the relational morphisms. In the second part, some characteristics of TL-fuzzy relational morphisms of groups, rings and modules are investigated. In the third part, some features of T-upper and I-lower L-fuzzy rough approximations are examined. In the last part, some properties of the lattices of lower and I-lower L-fuzzy rough approximations are mentioned.
