Summary:

In this thesis, the basic properties of hyperbolic geometry are given and some conclusions related to the suborbital graphs of the normalizer of (Gamma_0) in PSL(2,IR)are obtained.

In first chapter, we describe topological group, topological transformation group and give some definitions we require.

In second chapter, we give an introduce hyperbolic geometry and the theory of Fuchsian Groups, then we investigate the graphs of the normalizer. Finally we give some results about elliptic elements of the normalizer.
