In this thesis the structure of the quotient groups of the normalizer of Gamma_(0)(N) in PSL(2,R) is examined and the groups that are isomorphic to these quotient groups are determined.

       In chapter 1, general definitions of Non-Euclidean Crystallographie groups, the modular group Gamma and its congruence subgroup Gamma_(0)(N), fundamental domains and the signature of the finitely generated Fuchsian groups are given.

In chapter 2, we deal exclusively with the normalizer of Gamma_(0)(N) in PSL(2,R). To understand the normalizer very well, some special groups especially The Atkin-Lehner group are presented. Furthermore, the structure of the quotient group B(N) of the normalizer Gamma_(B)(N) is given and the groups that are isomorphic to the quotient groups are determined, and finally the quotient group B(N) is written as a direct product of some quotient groups of the normalizers.
