       In this thesis and groups of the ring of dual numbers have been defined and investigated. The problem of equivalence of points for the group have been solved in terms of invariant of points. Invariant theory methods have been used to find the invariants. By using these methods orbit of group have been found. In this thesis, two dimensional matrix groups and have been defined. It has been shown that groups are isomorphic to groups , respectively. The problem of equivalence of points for the group has also been solved.
