      The purpose of the thesis is to give enough information on suborbital graphs for the modular group Γ by means of the congruence subgroup Γ_0 (n) and the action of Γ on the extented rational numbers Q ̂ for getting blocks and furthermore, it is to reveal the properties of connectedness, disconnectedness, being triangles and forests of the suborbital graphs and to establish detailed information for the suborbital graphs for the congruence subgroup Γ_0^0 (n).

      In the second chapter, the suborbital graphs obtained by the action of modular group Γ on the extended rational numbers Q ̂ are given in detail. And the conditions of the suborbital graphs to be forests are given. And finally the suborbital graphs for the congruence subgroup Γ(n) are examined and their connectedness, disconnectedness are given.
