      Housing, in our modern times has far exceeded the traditional meaning of meeting the physical, psychological and social needs of the users, and now it has gained a multidimensional meaning. The fast growing industrial life, and the technological developments, and the changing life styles, values, and expectations in our global world.

      Change the value judgments and the expectations of the users. The changing structure of the society and the socio-cultural values also change the structure of the family, an important unit of the society. There is a need to come up with flexible housing designs in order to meet the needs of the different family types.

      In this context, a study has been conducted to transform the changing demands, expectations, and choices of the users into the houses which occupy an ever increasing role in the urban texture.
