Summary:

In the first chapter, the goal of the study and methods are determined to devote in existing problem. In this scope literature search concerning the preservation and re-use of the buildings, and the characteristic qualities and development of industrial buildings is done.

In the third chapter, based on the findings, analysis are done in order to recommend some alternative re-use projects.
