| Summary: The study consists of six chapters. These are The General Information, The Achieved Studies, The Findings, The Discussions, The Results and The Proposals. In the General Informations, the definition of problem, goal, case study area, the structure of architecture, the relationship between history-theory-criticism and theory-practice are mentioned; In the Achieved Studies, the general approach to the study, strategy and method of the study are explained. And later, Turgut Cansever projects are analysed in terms of form, function, technology and meaning; In the Findings, the analyses of form, function, technology and meaning are evaluated; In the Discussions, the study and its findings are linked to architectural research field, especially in Turkey; In the Results, literature research, the method of the study, analyses and findings connected with each other and the results are summarised; In the last chapter, there are four proposals, such as architectural criticism- the atmosphere- the concepts- the architects, concerning similar studies in future.
