      For ages, human being, assuming that energy has an infinite source, felt free to exploit it for good. However, at the beginning of 21th centruy, dwindling of energy sources made it necessary for mankind to look for other alternatives. With this in mind, they searched ways for using energy efficiently. They sought ways of producing energy from wind and sun, in order to meet energy requirements. The basic goal is to use energy efficiently with minumum damade to the environment. At this stage, the possibility of using advanced technology and ecological design sources brought to the fore the concept of SMART HOUSES.

      In the conclusion, the problems of the smart house, questioned within the framework of various paradigms, problems as a future gambling are summarized in the hope of preparing a reliable reference book for the researcher.
