Summary:

In the first chapter, the aim and content of this thesis where the study of thermal comfort on primarily schools is explained, definition of thermal comfort and its parameters, heat loses between human and its thermal environment, some of the thermal comfort models, local thermal discomfort, international thermal comfort standards, literature review and some of the thermal comfort calculation programs are described.

In the second chapter, the study is explained and its details are analyzed.

In the third chapter, the findings of the study are presented and they are examined.

In the fourth chapter, the results obtained from the thesis are explained and proposals

are presented.
