Summary: Inspecting to media side, which is the new side of urban-public locations, with its reflections to architecture and urban designing and introducing its impression on users is mentioned as a problem in project. In first chapter; with a general look at media, the aim and scope of the study is determined. In second chapter, there is a study about media’s effects on physical and social location, and there is a comprehensive litterateur study that produce to relation between urban-public, location-media.In third chapter, in first part, there are studies about exhibition of urban designing and architecture news and their reflections at chronic and spatial base. In second part, there are studies about sampling of relations between news source-delivering source-receiver source. In fourth chapter, there are results and suggestions about all the reviews and assessments.
