Summary:

Energy Efficient Passive Systems regions climatic data and people s climatic requirements by evaluating heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting while renewable energy sources, uses, buildings, energy conservation, elevating the mechanical system under the responsibility of an active air conditioning load reduces systems.

In this sense, sustainable architecture with one of the energy efficient design approach and values have an important place. Energy efficient architecture of passive systems discussed in this study temperate-humid climate for the type of housing to be applied in energy efficient passive system parameters, a model that includes recommendations creation intended and temperate-humid climate regions have in Trabzon made with the application selected housing estates, these parameters are evaluated in terms.

The study; is composed of five sections.

In the General Information section; explained the purpose and scope of the study, subjects were given general information about.

In the first part of the work done; resources benefiting from the efforts of literature on the subject is given.

In the second part of the study; a model table model table is created and obtained, were analyzed by applying on selected public housing.

Results and considerations in section; derived from samples analyzed structure and given to the data are analyzed in terms of several factors.

Results and recommendations in section given to the results obtained in the study and various suggestions have been made.
