| Summary: Mixed-use buildings, with their host of different functions and create a model of a city with the size they are. These structures, forming micro-city within the city in recent years are in great demand by the citizens. Now in these structures without losing time every need is met. In this study, mixed-use structures with aspect of urban design principles it seek stoassess. For this evaluation, mixed-use buildings in Turkey was chosen as there search area. In recent year sopenedand mixed-use buildings that will be opened this highly unpopular, urban model, the evaluation of these structures has necessitated by the principles of urban design.In the first section, the determination of theissue, the problem of introducing the purpose of the study are described and discussed how. In these condpart, witht here search literatüre regarding the concept of urban residential and mixed-use structure sand their relationship with one another is located.In section three, the studyarea is introduced, the execution of the research, methods and techniques are described. Analysis in the study area is located in this section. In the fourth chapter, the findings resulting from the studies and discussions is located.In the fifth chapter, conclusions and recommendations are included.
