| Summary: In this study, it was examined phsical and mechanical properties of steamed or not steamed Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehn.). It was used 17 specimen trees from Tarsus-Karabucak in the experiments. Choosing the specimen trees, prepaning the experiment specimen and preaticing experiments had been executed according to relevant standards.In this study, it was determined oven-dry and air-dry spesific gravity, volume density values and wood-water relations of steamed or not steamed Eucalyptus, parallel to the grain pressure strenght, bending strenght, elasticity modulus, shear strenght, dynamic bending (shock) strenght and Brinnel stiffness values. The obtained results are companed as steamed or not steamed with the results of other studies on the same tree species wood and the other trees wood which have smilar anatomical structure.By using obtained results at the and of the study, it was proposed about the usage places of eucalyptus (Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehn.).
