Summary:

Population in Turkey increas gradually in this time, but forest resource decrease as opposite this condition. Because there is not plan on harvest, product which is unfitting demand and standardization on production in Turkey. For this reason, forest product industry is affect negative development in particle board and board industry.

In this study, effect of standard production was aimed to determine on future of forest resource.

The results of research and study, it is necessary to get planed. Fitting demand and on time harvest. Besides it is estimated to take wood species which fitting demand, industrial plantation. Orderly stock and store. Forest resource have to be taken productively by constitutiry product standardization.

Libraries in Turkey Standardization Institute, Government Statistical Institute, Forest Ministry and Forest Managing Assocation have been utilized for this study.
