| Summary: A strong economic structure like in developed countries is one of the basic qualities, which needed for developing countries to survive in economic area. Developing countries need sustainable economic growth to reach a strong economic structure. Therefore, it takes having dynamics of economic growth and developing them by using rightly. In recent times, the relationship between export and growth came into existence in developing countries like developed ones. It is seen that there is a positive relation between growth and export rate. By reason of extroverted industry strategy, the relationship between export and growth gained importance in Turkey after 1980. Hence, export of industrial goods stood out. At the same time, rising of export causes manufacturing rise, too. Technology is one of the basic factors, provided efficient process of manufacturing factors and reflection of it to manufacturing process. Development of technology may only possible with Research and Development (R&D) activities.
